Preparation And Usage

You will need: 2 large eggs ⅓ cup vegetable oil ¾ cup milk ¾ cup hot or boiling water Milk can be replaced with any non-dairy alternative 1 Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease the bottom and sides of two 8" or 9" round cake pans. 2 In a large bowl, beat cake mix, milk, oil and eggs, until thoroughly combined. Gently mix in boiling water, until smooth. Batter will be thin. Pour into pans. 3 Bake 25-30 min., or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then cool completely on wire rack before frosting. Pan size: cupcake pan, bake time: 16-20 minutes Pan size: mini cupcake pan, bake time: 10-12 minutes Pan size: 9" x 13" pan, bake time: 25-35 minutes
