Cooking & Usage Tips

You will need: 1 large egg 2 tsp. vanilla extract ½ cup (1 stick) unsalte butter, softened Butter can be replaced with any plant based/vegan butter. Eggs may be replaced with any vegan egg replacer. 1 Heat oven to 350ºF. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. 2 In a large bowl, beat the cookie mix, buttter, egg and vanilla, until smooth. 3 Drop dough onto the cookie sheet, using a rounded tablespoon or roll dough into balls.4 Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then place on wire rack.
