Cooking & Usage Tips
You will need:
1 large egg
1 tablespoon water
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
Sugar for rolling (optional)
Butter can be replaced with any non-dairy alternative
1 Heat oven to 350ºF. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2 In a large bowl, beat the cookie mix, butter, egg and water, until smooth.
3 If dough is too soft, wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30-60 min. Drop dough onto the cookie sheet, using a rounded tablespoon or roll dough into balls. Roll into sugar, if desired.
4 Bake 10-12 minutes or until cookies are slightly firm around edges. Centers will be soft.
