Gluten Free Flour (Premium Cassava Flour, Unmodified Potato Starch, Xanthan Gum (Emulsifier)), Pure Cane Sugar, Corn Meal, Sea Salt, Baking Powder (Raising Agents: Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch And Monocalcium Phosphate), Baking Soda, Organic Vanilla Flavor.

Preparation And Usage

You will need: 1 large egg 1 cup milk ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted Butter and milk can be replaced with any non-dairy alternative Egg may be replaced with any vegan egg replacer 1. Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease the bottom and sides of an 8" square or round cake pan. 2. In a large bowl, beat corn bread mix, milk, egg and melted butter, until thoroughly combined. Pour into pan. 3. Bake 30-40 min., or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan or serve immediately.
