Cooking & Usage Tips
You will need:
1 large egg
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened¾ cup raisins, dried cranberries, chocolate chips, walnuts or other ingredients of your choice (optional)
Butter can be replaced with any non-dairy alternative
1. Heat oven to 350ºF. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, beat the cookie mix, butter, and egg until smooth. If desired, stir in raisins, dried cranberries, chocolate chips, walnuts or other ingredients of your choice.
3. Drop dough onto the cookie sheet, using a rounded tablespoon or roll dough into balls.
4. Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then place on wire rack.
