Preparation And Usage
Cooking directions:
Bring a large pot of water to boil, add noodles and cook uncovered on max for 3 minute. Drain.
Serving suggestions:
Soup noodles: add cooked noodles to your favourite soup and serve hot. For a spicy meal, add noodles to one of Y&Y Brand's Thai Soups!
Fried noodles (chow mein):
1. Add 2 tbsp. of cooking oil and 2 tbsp. soy sauce to the cooked noodles, mix well.
2. In a large frying pan, heat 2-3 tbsp. cooking oil, add noodles and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Place fried noodles on a plate.
3. Fry your favourite vegetables with sliced meat and place on top of fried noodles. Add gravy if desired, sprinkle drops of sesame oil on top and serve hot. Or simply heat 2 cans of Y&Y Brand vegetables and serve over stir-fried noodles.
