Ingredients
- 330 g (12 oz) goat cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 4 tbsp apricot jam
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- Fresh rosemary (for garnish)
- Crackers (or sliced baguette) for serving
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).Step 2
Blend goat cheese and cream cheese until smooth.Step 3
Spread mixture into a baking dish and top with apricot jam.Step 4
Bake for 15 minutes until jam bubbles.Step 5
Garnish with pecans and rosemary.Step 6
