Butter Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp canola oil 30 mL
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, roughly chopped 250 g
- 3/4 cup Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce 175 mL
- 1/2 pkg Stone Baked Pizza Crust & Sauce 335 g
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 250 mL
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook onions, stirring often, until tender and golden, about 7 min. Add chicken and cook until golden on the outside, about 5 min. Remove from heat and stir in butter chicken sauce.Step 2
Spread tomato sauce packet over pizza crust. Spread chicken mixture over pizza and sprinkle with cheese. Bake on middle rack of oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 12 min. Garnish with green onions and slice into wedges.
