- 16 Compliments Frozen Meatballs
- 1/2 cup Compliments Original Barbecue Sauce 125 mL
- 8 dinner rolls, warmed and split
- 4 slices mild Cheddar cheese, halved
- 8 small lettuce leaves
- 8 slices plum tomato
Directions
Step 1
Combine defrosted meatballs and barbecue sauce in medium microwaveable bowl. Heat according to package directions.Step 2
Divide meatball mixture onto bun bottoms. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomato and bun tops.Step 3
Substitute provolone cheese for the Cheddar. One mini sandwich is just the right size for a kid’s lunch.
