Ingredients

  • 1 Cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 containers (5.3 oz each) Oikos Blended Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 2 packages (6 oz each) Driscoll’s raspberries, divided
  • 2 packages (6 oz each) Driscoll’s Blackberries, divided
  • Fresh mint or edible flowers, optional
  • Granola, optional

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Pour 1 cup milk into a blender.
  2. Step 2

    Add 1/4 cup chia seeds
  3. Step 3

    Add 2 containers (5.3 ounces each) vanilla Greek yogurt.
  4. Step 4

    Blend until smooth.
  5. Step 5

    Reserve and set aside 1 cup milk mixture.
  6. Step 6

    Add 1 ½ packages (6 ounces each) raspberries to blender.
  7. Step 7

    Blend until smooth.
  8. Step 8

    Reserve and set aside 1 cup raspberry mixture.
  9. Step 9

    Add 1 ½ packages (6 ounces each) blackberries to blender.
  10. Step 10

    Blend until smooth.

    Divide blackberry mixture evenly between 2 tall glasses or 2 medium jars.
  12. Step 12

    Divide raspberry mixture evenly between containers.
  13. Step 13

    Divide milk mixture evenly between containers.
  14. Step 14

    Garnish chia parfait as desired with remaining raspberries and blackberries, mint or edible flowers, granola, or additional chia seeds.
  15. Step 15

    Serve immediately.
