Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Optional: Additional melted white chocolate for drizzling

Directions

  1. Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and combined. Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla, whisking until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  3. Step 3

In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Step 4

Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring just until combined.
  5. Step 5

Gently fold in the chopped cranberries, walnuts, white chocolate chips, and orange zest, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  6. Step 6

Spread the batter onto the prepared sheet pan, using a spatula to spread it out evenly. The batter should be thick and sticky.
  7. Step 7

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Step 8

Allow the blondies to cool completely in the pan. If desired, drizzle melted white chocolate over the top for an extra touch of sweetness.
  9. Step 9

    Slice into squares and enjoy!
  10. Step 10

Tip: For an extra citrusy burst, sprinkle a little extra orange zest on top after drizzling with white chocolate.
