Ingredients
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt 250 mL
- ½ cup Natural Liquid Pure Honey, divided 125 mL
- 1 tbsp lemon zest 15 mL
- 4 tbsp lemon juice, divided 60 mL
- 1 pkg fresh raspberries 170 g
- 1 pkg fresh blackberries 170 g
- 1 pkg fresh blueberries 170 g
- 2 tbsp cold water 30 mL
Directions
Step 1
Whisk yogurt, ¼ cup (60 mL) honey, lemon zest and 2 tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice in a large bowl. Set aside.Step 2
Wash and dry berries. Combine berries, water and remaining ¼ cup (60 mL) honey and 2 tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice in a blender. Process until smooth and puréed. Pass mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove seeds.Step 3
Spoon alternating layers of yogurt and fruit mixture into popsicle molds. Swirl mixture lightly with a wooden skewer, then add sticks. Freeze overnight.
