Ingredients
- 1/4 cup liquid honey 60 mL
- 1 mint tea bag
- 4 cups coarsely chopped seeded watermelon 1 L
- 1 cup full-fat plain Greek yogourt 250 mL
- 1/4 cup whole fresh mint leaves 60 mL

Step 1
In large heatproof bowl or jug, combine 1 cup (250 mL) boiling water, honey and tea bag. Steep 5 min. Discard tea bag. Stir mixture to dissolve honey. Set aside.Step 2
In blender, combine watermelon, yogourt, mint leaves and tea mixture. Process on high until smooth. Pour into pop moulds and freeze 4 hr. until firm or overnight.
